As the Founder of Nill Building Solutions, Founder of Lance Nill Development, and Co-Founder of the Nill Innovation Center (N.I.C.), Lance has dedicated his career to advancing the construction industry through craftsmanship, innovation, and strategic leadership.

Driven by a passion for innovation, Lance invented a globally patented waterproof attachment and fastening system designed to preserve the integrity of the building envelope while delivering stronger, more efficient, and watertight attachment solutions. His patented technology has been specified and utilized on landmark commercial, institutional, and residential projects, including One World Trade Center, and continues to support architects, engineers, contractors, developers, and building owners worldwide.

Beyond product innovation, Lance has successfully developed, built, renovated, marketed, and sold numerous residential and commercial properties throughout the Hamptons, Long Island, and other markets. 

Today, Lance provides strategic leadership across multiple ventures focused on construction innovation, real estate development, consulting, and owner's representation.
